Individual Therapy

I meet with individual adults for short and long term therapy.  Your first appointment will be an opportunity for you to tell me about yourself and your concerns. It is also a chance for us to talk about how we will proceed in our work together.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory and incorporates elements of cognitive behavioral, relational and strength-based therapies.
